Prime Service Agreement
The Prime Service Agreement gives you the maximum system uptime at the lowest cost, enabling you to accurately budget your annual maintenance expenses. With the perfect blend of service coverage, you can take comfort in the fact that your system is always operating at peak performance. It includes all on-site labor during standard business working hours, prioritized telephone support and software updates.
*Agreements include access to the GERBERnet online technical library and software downloads available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Software Updates
The latest software versions are available free of charge to all clients with an active Full Service Agreement. Discovery, labor and delivery charges are separate and billable where applicable.

Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business office hours2. After-hours support is available upon request for an additional fee.

Communicate with a technical support representative directly via telephone or email including real-time collaboration and internet conferencing.
